Europe Moves to Defeat Its Last and Most Aggressive Empire

European leaders are holding a special meeting today, together with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, to get serious about defence.

With the US going rogue under Trump, Europe is set to make bold moves on troops, military capabilities, defence spending and production.

In doing so, they are confronting an old specter: Russian imperialism.
